The Super Compact 2500M™ is a precision machined engraver made of 6061 billet aluminum. A very strong and lightweight machine, the engraver is powered by a 15 Amp, 8,500 RPM 60 cycle electric motor. The tracking mechanism has precision 0.500" horizontal linear bearings with a hardened and ground shaft. The engraver package includes a circular/arcuate tracking system consisting of an aluminum center pivot & 4 sections of connecting bar, a 48 inch straight/linear tracking system consisting of precision machined aluminum track and a linear carriage with 1.000 inch linear ball bushings.

Also included in the package, is a 4.500" x 0.375" wide diamond engraving blade, a ground fault circuit interrupter, information on concrete coloring & dying techniques, a comprehensive operator’s training manual on concrete engraving techniques, and a vendors, suppliers & sources list .

The Super Compact 2500M™ is an all-in-one system that can cut concrete into ashlar slate, circular brick, brick, tile, cobblestone, and many other intricate patterns. No other decorative concrete engraving system on the market has this type of capability. Easily switch from cutting long straight lines to cutting brick head joints. Attach it to the center pivot and you can cut any number of circular designs.

With stamped concrete, concrete coating and concrete overlay businesses you will need to purchase extra materials (stamp mats, polymers, etc) just to do a pattern.
